Terms of Service

Estimates. Estimates are based on the item list, quantity and access details you provide. If conditions on site differ materially, we will stop and confirm any revised scope or price with you before continuing.

Scheduling. Arrival windows are estimates, not guaranteed times. A request is not booked until our dispatch team confirms it. If the assistant or phone line cannot complete a booking, no appointment exists.

Customer responsibilities. All items must be on site, an adult must be present or reachable, and safe access, working power and clear workspace must be available.

Manufacturer defects. We are not responsible for missing, mis-drilled or damaged manufacturer parts. We will document the issue and can return once replacements arrive; a return visit may be billable.

Wall mounting and anchoring. Anchoring is performed to the best practice available for the wall type present. We are not liable for concealed conditions inside walls that were not disclosed or reasonably detectable.

Scope limits. This service does not include licensed electrical, plumbing, structural or permitted work.

Payment and cancellation. Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise. Please give as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule so the window can be released to another customer.
