Process
How a Palm Beach County furniture assembly visit works
Six predictable steps, from your first message to the final walkthrough — with the price agreed before any tool comes out of the bag.
Step by step
1. Estimate request
Start with the assistant on this page or call 561-506-2278. Tell us the items, quantity, retailer and your city or ZIP. Access details — elevator, gate code, stairs — help us send the right technician.
2. Scope and price confirmation
Central dispatch reviews the item list and confirms scope, the arrival window and the price before anything is scheduled. Nothing is booked until you see and accept it.
3. Arrival and protection
The technician arrives inside the agreed window with tools and hardware, lays down floor protection, and stages boxes in the room where the piece will live.
4. Build and anchor
Assembly follows manufacturer sequence and torque. Tall dressers, bookcases and bunk beds are anti-tip anchored; wall-mounted items go into studs or rated anchors.
5. Level, adjust, test
Doors and drawers are aligned, legs leveled to the floor, and moving parts cycled. Standing desks and recliners are tested through full travel.
6. Cleanup and walkthrough
Cardboard and foam are broken down and bagged, surplus hardware is labeled and left with you, and we walk each piece together before the visit is closed out.
What we need from you
- All boxes delivered and in the home before the arrival window opens.
- A clear path and workspace roughly the footprint of the finished piece.
- Building access details: gate codes, elevator reservations, parking notes.
- Any HOA or condo rules on work hours so we can schedule inside them.
