Do I need to unbox everything before you arrive?
No. Leaving the boxes sealed in the room where the furniture will live is ideal — it keeps hardware bags with the right panels and speeds up the build.
Do you bring your own tools?
Yes. Our technicians arrive with cordless drills, torque-controlled drivers, levels, stud finders and standard hardware. If a manufacturer part is missing or damaged, we tell you straight away and help you file the claim.
Can you assemble furniture I bought anywhere?
Yes. We build kits from IKEA, Wayfair, Amazon, Costco, Target, Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware and local Palm Beach County retailers, plus custom and secondhand pieces.
Do you take away the cardboard and packaging?
We break down and bag packaging and place it with your normal recycling or trash. Large-volume haul-away can be arranged in advance.
